CVLAN/TSAPI Conflict?

We are currently trying to integrate Avaya IC servers to an AES 4.2 server using 2 CVLAN interfaces. That AES server currently has TSAPI enabled for NICE recording, however when we tried to add the 2nd CVLAN interface the TSAPI link would go down along with the NICE recordings.

We are using separate CLANs for TSAPI and CVLAN connectivity, and has the proper licenses for the two. As for CM connectivity, we used ADJ-IP for the CTI link type as ASAI is not enabled on the system customer-options, however we were assured that it is not needed for AIC connectivity. The CM version is at 5.1.2 running on S8730 servers.

Could there be a conflict somewhere? We have another similar AES without any TSAPI links configured, and we could use 2 CVLAN links there with no issues.

Have u tried checking your licenses? If you have alot of licenses on your AES server you wont get any issue.

Has the second interface been configured on the AES server?

Here are some screenshots for the said AES (we temporarily removed the CVLAN interfaces):

That figures it out. You dont have any CVLAN license anymore. You only purchased 1.

Thanks for that! However, why would it affect the TSAPI license if it's just a limitation in the CVLAN license? I'm actually thinking if it's a limitation on the AEC license since it's only at 2.

That im not so sure, probably there is a delay on link establishment. But it shouldnt get affected because its a different service.

I don't think it was just a delay on the link establishment as the TSAPI never went up unless we removed the CVLAN interfaces.
