I have been asked to evaluate cViewManager and overall it looks close to what my client wants. Just one thing, in the list of features it states

"Lists - You can create lists of values... These can be used in the schedule for parameter values..."

As hard as I try I can't work out how to use a list of parameters in a schedule for the running of a report.

Are there any instructions around for this or can anyone give me a few tips.

Just for reference the report has 3 parameters, Company, Project, Employee. The report generates a report per Employee, which will then be emailed to that person.

Any help would be great.

Many thanks

Lee

This has been answered in the Help forum for cViewMANAGER. What you seem to be looking for is the "Multirun" feature where you can run a report repeatedly for different parameter values and recipients.

The List feature is where the recipients is in a text file with a list of email addresses. You can use one list for several reports and then when someone is replaced, or needs to be added to a list, just change the text file and when the report next runs, the new list of recipients is used.
