Cut/Copy and Paste issue

MFPS 3.0 on Win2k3.
Cut/Copy and Paste have stopped working from the session clipboard to the local client's clipboard and vice versa.

If I make the user a member of the server's local administrative group then it works.

Anyone have any idea what can be cauing this? it justs topped working yesterdaya nd there were no changes done to the environment.

Figured it out.
Citrix had me install an MS utility called userdump last week which was supposed to help track down random unresponsiveness on the citrix servers...

I uninstalled it and voila!..It fixed the issue...

The worst part is they refused to believe it was the utility THEY provided that broke it. So I did a GotToMeeting session and showed them..Look..here is the utility, here I am installing it and here it has broken cut and paste..Here I am uninstalling it and here cut and paste works now...

Satisfied?...Sheeeesh...

The arrogance on the citrix support is just unbelievable at times....
