I have a couple of questions relating to building new canvasses.
1. Is it possible to show what application an agent is connected to on an inbound or outbound call.
2. Is it possible to show information based on Supergroups rather than single agent groups - bearing in mind the members of a supergroup change regularly according to operational requirements.
3. Is it possible to show dialed digit details - i.e what number did agent "x" dial?
