I have a couple of questions relating to building new canvasses.
1. Is it possible to show what application an agent is connected to on an inbound or outbound call.
2. Is it possible to show information based on Supergroups rather than single agent groups - bearing in mind the members of a supergroup change regularly according to operational requirements.
3. Is it possible to show dialed digit details - i.e what number did agent "x" dial?
 
Hi there

never managed it myself, as the agent data and application data are 2 diffrent tables in the DB

supergroup, you can filter 2 groups and that will give you the effect of the supergroup

no its nots possible to show dialed digits either

1 out of 3 aint bad

Thanks Andy - I was beginning to think no-one was there. Unfortunately my company moves agent groups into and out of supergroups constantly and there are multiple users of Director who would need to know what groups constitute the members of the supergroup at any given time. They would either have to reopen the canvas for the latest version of the supergroup or use a choice button to filter them every time we add or remove an agent group from a supergroup.
 
The only other thing you could do is filter by app instead of agent group, that would show all agents within the added groups

Hello All.
Im am new to Custom View Director but when I log in, I receive the following error:
"There is no match found for the following schema in schema directory
Schema Name: CallCenterSchema
Schema Version: 1.9"

Any thoughts on what is causing this issue, and how to correct it?
