I found this file in the server, but I really dont know if this is the correct .ovf

I did not find any other .ovf file.

Do you know the application I need to use to edit the file?

I a new on this technology and I dont know how to proceed.

Kind regards

The Visual Voice Editor is used to manipulate this file but the MM Messaging Application Server service must be stopped to make any corrections.
Advise, stop the MM Messaging Application Server service, make a copy of the CustomPrompt.ovf file, (ex: dateCustomPrompt.ovf) start the service again and then using the Start>Programs>Avaya Modular Messaging>Visual Voice Editor to make your additions to the prompt files. Prompt 0 is the default prompt.

After making your changes then you'll save this new file, stop the MM Messaging Application server service, rename the current original CustomPrompt.ovf file. I usually date it or change name to OrigCustomPrompt.ovf then take your copy file and rename it to CustomPrompt.ovf and start the service. After you have verified that all ports are active and you have a 1241 event in the Application Log of the Event Viewer then make your changes to the prompt numbers in the VMSC Auto Attendant and call into the system to test.
