We have been using Act Premium for workgroups for the last 6 months or so and with a few exceptions relating to the closed up nature of the database and general performance we are quite happy. We use the instant quote feature in the opportunity record but I am absolutely banging my head against the wall trying to customise the template. I have tried modifying the quote.xlt file but as soon as I remove rows or alter it in any way other than basic formatting it seems to stop working. Basically all I want to do is make the range of cells it places into Word (quote.adt) smaller than the current 22 rows it seems to insist on importing! Can anyone help with this? Thanks in advance.
