Howdy,
I'm making a template report to speed up the process of making reports in general where I work. The thing is, I would like to know if there's a way I can get my chosen database fields to automatically insert themselves in the right places when I'm using something like the standard report creation wizard.

For example, I'm currently experimenting with template field objects: each template field object is in a position that corresponds to where I want one of my chosen fields to go. Is there a way to reference database fields using a template field object's formula field? If not, I guess my question boils down to 'how much detail can I fit in a template?'. Thanks in advance for any help.
