Customizing Outlook Security

We are running Exch5.5 on NT4.0 and windowsXP (Outlook2002) on desktops, we have this issue when users are asked if they want to send (confirm) certain files in a mailshot. I want to disable this.

I have found a addin which does this.

however, has anyone done this before ?, will it wrk under windowsNT4.0 Server ?, what happens if teh admin machine is rebuilt.
