customizing hosts file

Hi,

I have made some webaite entry to the hosts file of WinXP SP-2 system to block those websites like:-
127.0.0.0

http://www.msn.com

the same I want to do with yahoo but not with the yahoomail but yahoo has inbuilt Chat for yahoo mail users and I want to block that chat only not the mail.
