Can you kindly advise me? re: the customization of fields in the ACT program. I would like to do is to take three of the fields on the demographic page and modify them to respond to (1) referral source category,
(2) Type of Account and then ....
in the notes/history section add an area to denote type of contact.
Can someone walk me through this? Thank you.
