Customizing Excel Toolbars

I customize my Excel toolbar with commands that I regularly use such as column width and height, freeze frame, insert comumn and rows, etc.

That function works very well but periodically the toolbar reverts to the basic commands and I have to re-insert the commands.

Is there a set-up function that I am missing?

That function works very well but periodically the toolbar reverts to the basic commands and I have to re-insert the commands.
