Customizing date in the format editor - uppercase month

I would like to use the date format editor to display my date in this format 12 JAN 2012. Is there something I can do to get that text portion in uppercase? I'm trying to avoid having to write a formula to display each individual date in my reports.

You could use an all caps font. May cause problems viewing from system to system if you download a custom font but there are a few that come standard with most windows systems.
