Customizing A/R Email messages

Hello all,

I want to customize the subject and body of the message. I see $Customer_contact which makes sense but how do I specify a specific field related to the invoice such as Ship-to location? What about Ship-to location's contact name?

Do I need to use print boss to achieve this or can Accpac handle this out of the box? Thanks for your help in advance.

Has anyone used 3rd party software or looked into using the Accpac API to further customize these email messages? If so can you share how large of a project it was to implement?

The variables one can use out of the box will not work for us as we need to provide more information to our clients. Thanks for your help.
