The list of names has grown too long to fit on a page and supervisor suggested showing Names and Titles Across grouped by Title. One group of titles contains 12 people, so it would probably have to wrap 3 times (assuming could fit 4 across). I tried looking at label templates (Access 2010), but whenever I tried to edit the format, the information reverted from displaying across to displaying down the page.

Sample Layout for across the page:

Vice President Name2

Table set up like:
SortOrder :number
Requestor :text
Title :text
OfficeNo :text

Have you experimented with the Columns tab in the Page Setup dialog box? You could probably use it on a subreport which you could add to the main report.

Yes, I started by changing the number of columns in the columns tab, but I couldn't seem to get it to "wrap" during preview or printing, it stayed single col, perhaps there is another height setting I've missed that would get the data to show up in the other cols. As I mentioned I also tried the wizard which created the multi col, but because I needed to alter the text box, the instant I changed what was in the textbox, the multicol effect disapeared, even if I did an undo command. On the subreport, I also tried different sizings, and had removed the header/footer. Perhaps I'm overlooking something obvious?
