Customize Sort Order for Pie Chart

Hi,

Can someone help me customize the pie-chart order in user-defined sort order. I have in total of 60 IDs that has to be displayed in the pie chart. So when I went to pie Chart and in the DATA tab, I selected my fields to display. In "On change of" field I selected ID and selected the button "Order". A pop-up window opened 'Chart Sort Order", then in "Specified Order", I began to select all my IDs, but unfortunately only about 21 IDs are seen. I am not able to select more than 21.

Question- Can someone help me create chart with unique 60IDs to display the amount with a user specified order that is not dynamic.

Please help I am using Crystal 2008 version.

I have usually typed in the values in the Specified field irrespective of the value showing in the drop down list or not.

Try that if you want in OTHERS tab - either u can discard or leave it in a group or leave in its own group.

However 60 is a big list. The reason they are missing from the drop down list is cause they have no values against it and/or is NULL.

There would be another way as well but the above recommendation has helped me at times.
