Customize Quick Access Toolbar 1

I want to add a button to the Quick Access Toolbar to enable me to call a function when I am in report design view
The function is a Stephen Lebans function for rotating labels
His instructions are for an earlier version of access, I can not find a button to add to the toolbar which I can then customize, I have Access 2007, can anyone point me in the right direction

Office Button|Access Options|Customize. The "Choose Commands From" has a dropdown list which will allow you so select "Macro". Once you create a Macro to use the function, it should appear as a choice here.
