Customize Printing on Multiple Trays from IE

Hi All,
We have a letter(shown in a Web page) which needs to be printed on three different trays of the Printer(HP Laser Jet 4) after a Preview.
Tray 1 Prints the First Page, followed by Tray 2 printing the rest of the pages(Without letter head) and Tray 3 Printing the Envelopes.

1) Can we customize the IE Print preview and Print Features to Achieve this?
Alternatively
2) Can we embed any control characters in the Web Page itself, so the Printer accepted the pages on the different Trays?

- Are there other solutions that can achive this, like a VB solution, or Java solution. We want to get the Printer settings from IE.
