Customize Keyboard/Toolbar shortcuts?

I'm testing FM to see if it's suitable for our documentation preparation, which we currently do in Word. We will, of course, be using many specific paragraph styles. In Word I'm able to put our most commonly used styles on a toolbar in my template and also assign keyboard shortcuts to them, making it very easy to do things like select Headings or start numbered lists. Does anyone know of any way to do this in Framemaker? Thanks.
