Customize Interactive Toolbar?

How can I customize the link of the help button, export button and print button in the interactive toolbar?

Can I add additional function buttons to the toolbar?

1) if you want different picture, you can replace them in \\MachineName\Program Files\Common Files\Crystal Decisions\20\CrystalReportViewers\images\toolbar...
2) Not that I know... you can always make your own ...
