customize blog text box (body)

Hi,

I am trying to find a way to customize the blog text entry box(body of message). I need for my officers to enter specific data and in order for them not to skip entering this data, it would be nice if I can create a custom form that will collect the data and then import it into the blog text box (body) or create the custom sections inside the body there.

Basicaly what I am looking for is to have the blog body text to have three sections:

Section A: user enters the date-time and location of the event as well as the type of the event
Section B: Address of the event as well as which area command the incident took place
Section C: Brief Narrative of the event.
