Customize Arrow Keys Steps 1

Hi guys,

I am writing a Form, i mean some Text over a Transparent Image. Do you have any idea how to Customize Arrow Keys Steps? The increments of the Navigation keys on moving the Text Box are way too long to fit properly on the Form. Here is a sample of what i am trying to fix

I know Word is not the best App for this but if you know please let me know.

Try using Ctrl + arrow keys
