The only way I know of doing it would be to change the Windows colour scheme and that's not a good idea. The message box picks up the colour of "3D objects" from the scheme but if you change that then you change everything on the user's PC and you're likely to get lynched.
Duane's right that the only way to do it is to roll your own dialog but again you're going to upset a lot of people and - in the UK at least - expose yourself to the equal accessibility legislation. If someone has Windows set to to a high-contrast mode because they've not got perfect vision then they might not be able to read your new colour combination.
