Customization

I have SharePoint Services running on a single W2K3 server. I would like to have my web pages customized to my look and feel. From my reading this appears to only be possible within SharePoint Server. Is this the case.

If not, what is the best way to modify portal pages? Frontpage, Dreamweaver, etc...

Hello,

Frontpage is the tool that 'integrates' with SharePoint for customization. You do not need SharePoint Portal Server to be able to make customizations to your sharepoint pages.
