The problem is that one of our users is customizing his Outlook 2003 Interface put when he restarts Outlook all the changes are reset. Is this a known problem with outlook and how can it be fixed? He will expand his columns and when he restarts Outlook the columns are set to another side but its only with him. Thank You.
