Customising your Alert Notifications in SCOM 2007

I've setup notifications for certain alerts but I can't seem to find a way to get any info populated to the Alert Description field. Here is a sample of my alert notification:

Alert: Company_DC_Event-528
Source: DC001.Company.INT
Path: DC001.Company.INT
Last modified by: System
Last modified time: 12/4/2007 7:42:33 AM

Alert description:


Alert view link: "Notification subscription ID generating this message: {0E5E2BCA-B53F-5E2F-3054-9E209E40DF14}

Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks
