Customise outlook in for multiple users

I have written a macro and created a button on in outlook so that users can save msgs to a particular location on the server. But I need to update everyones outlook, by copying the macro and creating the button (on the actual email screen) for all users, which you can understand can be time consuming and laborious.

Is there a way I can do this in batch and automate everyones outlook with the macro without doing this one by one.

If you need any more info please let me know.
