Hi,

I am fairly new to Access 2007 and i am looking at creating a stand alone application using it. i am okay with most things, however i would like to be able to distribute the application to others, but for them to run the reports with there own details i.e Name, Address and to be able to update items such as the VAT rate.

I was hoping to do this as a userform whereby users can set default values, and then later can amend them. These value's would then be used for reports, headers and footers etc...

I wondered if i should create a userform then store the details in a table or if there is anotherway.

Many thanks in advance.

Jason
