Customisable screens: OCX problem

Progress: 8.2b WinNT4

In runtime we allow users to go into a "design mode" on any of our
windows, allowing the user to drag and drop objects anywhere they wish.
This is achieved using movable and selectable attribute.

Our problem, OCX's don't allow the movable and selectable attribute
therefore we don't get the drag and drop behaviour on these objects. Yet
if a open any window with OCX's on within the Appbuilder, hay presto I can
drag and drop !!

Anyone know how to achieve this ?
