Hi,
I'm building a report that's based on a query. My problem is that the CustomerNumber(autonumber)field displays in my report rather than the name that it corresponds to. How can I get my report to display the corresponding name in my report? Is this enough information to go on? Thanks alot. ~kevin

Kevin,

Could you post the query as well as the table layout for all tables in the query? That will help us determine the problem.

Are the CustomerNumber and Name on the same table? Do you have a Customer lookup table in the database? Are you selecting fields from a customer table or a related table? Does the query involve joining tables? Terry Broadbent
