Customer statement not aligning right...visionpoint 10

we're currently using visionpoint 10.0 and having some problems printing the customer statement. We've been using a 98 workstation connecting to the server. It's been fine printing the customer statement until we re-formatted the 98 PC due to some system failure. Now whnever we print the customer statement, the very last portion goes to the next page rather than staying on the same page. The printer driver was the same as before and have custom defined size of 8.5" x 7". i've tried to edit the arcswn.frt file, but i didn't feel confident to change the layout. Any help would be appreciated. thank you.

As long as you have not changed the page length,
Try this:
Open the report you specified.
From the report Menu, select Page Layout.
Go To Print Setup.
Select the Printer it prints to.
Press OK
Save The report.
Hope this helps.
(In Fox Pro reports, the printer information is stored in the report itself.)

i've opened the report with foxpro, but i couldn't find page layout in the report menu. is it because the version difference? Any other suggestion that you can give me? thanks

Use the Page Setup from the File Menu.
