Has anyone created a crystal report that showed all info pertaining to a customer at a single glance?

It's such a pain to have to go to 4-6 different screens to lookup info that should be on one screen.

looking for:

credit limit
credit used
payment history
outstanding invoices
orders in house
previous orders shipped
telephone numbers and contact info

to get this info you have to visit numerous screens. Not very user friendly from a collections/customer service perspective.

Wondering if anyone has come up with a handy dandy crystal report to do this.

My company seems to run on crystal reports, dynamics is just a database/transaction device.

Well, one thing I've found is that the best screen to start a customer inquiry from is the Customer Payment SUmmary Inquiry window. You can view much of the information here and it has a zoom back to transaction detail for the customer. I tell my sales customer to have this window on their shortcut and pull it up immediately when a customer calls.

I'm sure you can do a crystal report to view exactly what you're looking for though.
