Hello Everybody!
One of my customer has OS4K as telephony server. He has three requests:
1- Extend key-system for a station beyond 28 (DID trunks bellow keys).
2- Mute or disable one of the trunks or keys (key-system) without any commands.
3- Calling with telephone when ringing (in a call-pickup group or ...).
I offered the OpenScape Xpert.
Is this satisfy the customer?

I'm not very familiar with OS Xpert but, I think OpenScape Xpert V6R1 could do the job.
Check Feature description service manual.
e.g Kill Line Function Key

 
Without knowing exactly what they do, I'd say that Xpert would probably work rather well, but the price tag might scare them away. (Might not?) It does do a great job of handling a multitude of lines and may offer them some features they'd never thought about. I'd suggest a demonstration or visit with a location that's using it.
