This thread639-1471687 is the closest I came to my issue while searching the forums.
We are using Progression 7.6.300C-SQL. One of our customer service reps entered a Customer Order with '0' in the Order number field instead of using F5 to assign the next available number.
The order #0 shows up in MLIV, Consolidated OE history, but can't be accessed to change the number, cancel the order, release it from Hold, select for billing, or any other way I can think of to make it go away.
It is a 15 line order, large for us, I don't want to duplicate it, but is the best solution to re-enter the order and re-set the allocations as this person with the lost-order-from-quote did?
Thanks in advance for any info!
