Hi,
My customer is complaining that the receptionist had a customer on hold for 10 minutes (she kepts checking that he was there and he kept saying that he was happy to hold). She said that the last time she checked if he was still there, he wasnt't there anymore and the display name changed to Aura messaging.She never said if he left a voicemail Is it possible that the customer is transfered to the voicemail after 10 minutes? Is there a timer I can check in CM? They use CM6 and it is an attendant phone she uses.
