you don't need nortel.. you need a copy of the keycodes to go through config wizard to reset your password.. all screens except pwd and keycodes are correct..
you can't run the config wizard if you can't access the cpmgr because that's the pwd they don't know.
CPMGR pwd is reset using system utilies tools - require a seperate login/pwd. If you don't have this or know about this, you'll need to contact a certify vendor or nortel.
