Hi All

Im new to the Mitel systems and have seen that other dealers have been able to display a customer logo on the handsets up in the top section of the handset screen (53XX models) does any body have clear instructions on how to do this and is it a simple process??? any info would be good

thanks

its software dependant

What mitel system are you referring to
What you are talking about is called software branding and you can use the HTML toolkit to generate an image , upload it to the pabx and then apply it to the device

The image for Monochrome( 5320,5330,5340 ) is a smaller size one than for 5360

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

and due to an endless stream of MiCollab , MiCC issues
Life would be simpler If only they tested products properly before releasing them .....

Usually on the 3300 CXII controller with 5320e and 5330e handsets, I'll do some extra research and have a play around

cheers

there was an older version ( mcd 4 i think) where you needed html app licenses . on the later versions its not required and you can create screensaver and branding information woithut them

Not still need the HTML tool kit?

You can't duct tape stupid.

yes you still need the toolkit to make them but no longer need a html app license to use them
