Hi!,
I've three novell 5.1 servers in the same physical network. But in somes clients (Novell Client 32)I do not see all of this three servers.
Does anyone know Why??

How are the workstations and server configured network-wise? IP, IPX, both??? Same subnets etc... -----------------------------------------------------
"It's true, its damn true!"
-----------------------------------------------------

Thank TheLad for your attention!
Two of the servers has IPX and Ip configuration, and one of them only IPX. The problem is that the nearest clients (win98) of the only IPX server can not see it!!! They see just see the others.

Did this issue just come up out of nowhere, or has something been changed recently?

When you say that the nearest Clients of the IPX-only Server can't see the Server, I bet your clients are connecting to the other Servers via TCPIP and are having issues with IPX. You can verify this by going to MONITOR and looking at the CONNECTIONS. When you select a Client connection to view, look to see if you have an IPX Network Number and MAC Address, or a TCPIP Address. I bet it will be a TCPIP Address.

Do you have any NDS replicas on the IPX-only Server? You should also consider configuring TCPIP for this Server.

Good Luck!

When you type "display servers" from one of the IP servers, can you see the IPX only server? Also, type config at the IPX server console and make sure it has the same network address as the rest. Any reason it has IPX only installed and not IP? Just a few thoughts.
