customer forgot bru password

is it possible to reset the password to default?
bcm 3.5 customer will not let any one remote into the system.

Can you get in at the site.If not Nortel has to get involved and it cost $.

When you say remote, do you mean by modem?

cook1082 yes I can get into the bcm on site but when trying to run bru it asks for a password that is where I have the problem.

The password is the password to where you are sending it.
Say your pc.Your network password.On pc or to server.

cook1082 we tried the computer password and no luck

When you say when on site you are accessing BRU, this should be the BCM username and password??

I use the same password for everything I do on the BCM.
