i'm about to re-deploy a bcm50 here and can't remember if its possible to clear the old customer data out of it? The previous customer where i had it installed didn't have much programming but i would still like to start fresh. Any help is appreciated,
thank you

You can use the BCM50 level 1 reset procedure.

The level 1 reset erases customer specific data and restores the default configuration of all software components. This reset leaves all installed software components unchanged (so patches and upgrades should not be lost).

thank you for your prompt response. My "project" for today :)
