Does anyone know if there is a document out there to collect the customer system data with? Extension numbers, user names, call flows, auto attendants, voice mail settings etc.. Avaya has a Pre Install Data collection excel sheet to use for this purpose I am wondering if there is a similar document floating around for cisco phone systems.

cisco calls that the BAT:)
do you want to make an import file? then you need a BAT file.
(this cisco customized excel file can be downloaden from the webgui of the callmanager)

or do you want to export settings from the callmanager?

that can also be done in the gui.
