I have an issue with the *64 call forward feature which has stopped working on a Hipath 540. They seamed to loose the feature when they went from 2 BRI to 1 BRI. BT say the feature is active and that is all that is needed. Nothing was set up in the ISDN. The circuit has only bearer number and no MSN. The circuit not ceased was originally plugged to the second SO bearer port. So I have moved it to The first and have tried the full number and also 6 digit MSN in the MSN assignment to lines and still it still does not activate with *64,1,1,mobile number. Any help would be appreciated.

Try and selectively pick up the channel using a 7xx code
Then try that *64 code when you know you have the correct circuit selected
