Customer Class Roll Down not working

Hi -
I am working on an issue where the user changed the AR account in all of her Customer Classes, then chose to roll down the changes. For most of her Customers, the changes rolled down appropriately, but there were about 30 Customers where the changes did not roll down. Has anyone seen this odd behavior before, and do you have any suggestions on resolving it (besides manually entering the accounts for those few Customers)?

I have seen this was when the Customer record was open or locked. So for example, I open Customer Maintenance and bring up a customer, I click on the Class ID hyperlink to go to the class, make a change to the class, roll it down, the customer I had opened originally does not get updated because I still have the record opened.

Is it possible this was the case for 30 customer records? Sounds high, but maybe not. One way to try to resolve it is to:
- make sure all other users are out of GP
- change the account to something else, roll it down
- change the account to what you want, roll it down
