I am working on an issue where the user changed the AR account in all of her Customer Classes, then chose to roll down the changes. For most of her Customers, the changes rolled down appropriately, but there were about 30 Customers where the changes did not roll down. Has anyone seen this odd behavior before, and do you have any suggestions on resolving it (besides manually entering the accounts for those few Customers)?
