BCM50 2.0 - Customer has changed their nnadmin password and of course forgotten it. I have already made plans to do the whole reinstall thing, but I would really rather have a different solution.
I still have Telset access, but not Element Manager. Is there anyway to set up a new user through telset that could be used for Element Manager?
Just thought I would check before I have to spend Saturday reprogramming this thing!

Open a case at Nortel and they will reset it for you.
Since Bcm50 rel 1.0 and Bcm400 rel 4.0 they have a backdoor to reset passwords.

Always create your own login with admin rights so you avoid this situation!!!!! I have done that at each install and it has come in handy just for this scenario!
