Customer cannot get into Call Pilot

A customer has an Option 11 with call Pilot installed in Cab 3. It is the old CP, running WinNT4. The customer cannot access this, and I've tried all the passwords / login combos from the NTPs and also from the customers' own documentation.

Is there a way to discover the login information ?
 
Search the web for Window NT server pwd reset if you're trying to access the server.

If it's cp you're trying to access, you may have to reinstall, product is eol so no help from manufacturer.
 
Careful with the NT password crackers. They have a tendancy to just wipe all passwords so you can re-enter them. The problem is the applications wipe out some passwords to user names that you don't know exist, like the ones that are used for backups and access to application builder.

If you search long and hard enough you can find the distributor level passwords on the internet.

What version are you running.
