Customer asking to install CallPilot Reporter 1

I have a customer who wants reports from call pilot and I recommended Callpilot Reporter, although I don't know much about it other than it needs to be on a standalone server. Exactly what am I getting myself into by installing this? NTPs or other references would be great! Thank you!

Callpilot 600r w/ 5.0, NOT patch current.

You would need the same CP manager that is installed on the callpilot server. Like when the server is updated there is the SU and the manager. The manger portion of this is used to install reporter on a separate machine. Keep in mind the standalone server has to be running windows server (For IIS). If the callpilot is ever updated, the reporter has to be updated. You have to turn on OM in the callpilot to start collecting and sending the data.
