Customer Account Maintenance default values

Hello,
Is there a way to set the default values on the
Customer Account Maintenance windows? In the window it defaults to checkbook but I need it to default to customer so that the user does not have to remember to go to the second page and change the radio button.

What tool did you want to use?

Both Dexterity and VBA can be used to set default values when the window opens.

Hello,
Thank you for the reply.
I was thinking there was
a simple way to set it up
in Tools --> Setup or
Tools --> Utilities.
I am using Microsoft GP
Dynamics 9.0. I would prefer to
use VBA to set the set the values.
VBA=Visual Basic...?Right?

You can set that default in your Customer Class.

Do I create a new Customer class? Or edit the existing one(if one exist)?

You can edit the existing one, and when you save it, you will be asked if you want to Roll Down the changes to the customers who have that class.

If you create a new class, you will have to go into those customer cards and select the new class and accept the defaults from the class.
