Custome-sized Paper for Web Report in Crystal Report

I have a trouble for displaying custome-sized paper size in web report using ActiveX Viewer.
I am currenly using printer Panasonic without custome-sized paper when I do "Printer Setup" from Crystal Report File menu. So, I create the size of paper I am used through windows Setup Printer Setup custom form sized. The paper size I have created appear now in my Printer Setup from Crystal Report Menu and the display size is right in the Crystal Report Environment Editor, but when I published it on web using ActiveX Vierwer (smartActiveXViewer.asp), the display sized not similar to my custome sized paper.

If anyone of you has the same problem and succeeded resolved it, I hope you could give me some assistances.
