Custome Outlook Template

I have a document I send every 2 hours by e-mail. As the doc is quite large (1mb) I want to make sure it deletes after 2 hours (if unread). I have being using the expiry function to do this, which works fine, however it would be great if I could create a from in outlook which can do this without being selected every time I send.

Is this possible, or can anyone think of a different solution?
