I'm researching a sharepoint project. We have a helpdesk system when the user search for a ticket, if the ticket does not exist in the systems, a message display "No results found". I want to customize the message so it is more user friendly. For example, instead of "No results found", I want to display "Ticket # does not exist". I don't even know where to begin to look for this in a project. Can you please point me to where or what file I should be looking at to customerize the displaying message. Webconfig file? Any help/suggestion is greatly appreciated.
