So couple different options:

[li] if your DB is on prem[/li]

[li] You can use pretty much any reporting tool (like Sql Server Reporting Server, Tableue, Excel, etc)[/li]
[li] Or create native R&A reports and upload them to R&A[/li]
[/ul]
[li] if your DB is on the cloud[/li]
[ul]
[li] create native R&A reports and upload them to R&A[/li]
[li] use Enterprise Back Office Standard Export files to either parse and create reports, or shove them into a local DB and create reports out of that with a tool of your choice like you have with on-prem[/li]
